Walk to end world hunger! Funds are raised to help the global and local hunger crisis.

Urgent Need for Volunteers!
We’re in need of volunteers to help serve hot meals to those in need in our community.
When:
Janesville: Mon, Wed, Fri from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Beloit: Tues, Thurs from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Your time and support can make a real difference in someone's day. Please consider giving a few hours to help us provide a warm meal to those in need.

This month we are collecting the following items. Collection bin is located in the foyer of the church. You can also drop off donations directly at Edison Middle School.
The Retired Senior Volunteer Program of Rock Count is looking for Classroom volunteers to be tutors and mentors.
Faith Works is in need of more volunteers. We would like to open our office on Thursday mornings in addition to our current Monday - Wednesday morning hours so we can better meet the needs of our clients. To do that, we need to add more volunteers, so I am attaching a flyer to that effect. The needs in our county are continuing to increase.
We are looking for volunteers who would be willing to serve as intake workers at least twice a month. We also need more volunteer drivers to take out clients to appointments.
We could not do what we do without your support.

A few details to know:
We normally have 25-30 guests to feed. We will let you know the exact number for the time you choose.
Food can be prepared off-site and brought in. We do have a great kitchen if you'd like to prepare your meal here -- just let us know!
We welcome you to stay and serve the meal to get to know our guests. You are invited to eat with them.
We have a pantry and freezers for you to shop and cook from!
Dinner is served at 6:30 pm.
